Las met constante inbranding, zelfs in lastige omstandigheden
WisePenetration is bedoeld om de lasstroom en daarmee de inbranding constant te houden, ongeacht de veranderingen in de uitsteeklengte bij handmatig lassen.
Normaal verandert in het MIG/MAG-lassen de stroom naar het smeltbad, omdat de lasser of het werkstuk de afstand tussen de las en het laspistool bepaalt. Deze afwijkingen kunnen kwaliteitsproblemen veroorzaken, zoals onvolledige of inconsistente inbranding, veranderingen in het lasprofiel en natuurlijk lasspatten.
WisePenetration verhelpt deze problemen en reduceert de noodzaak voor reparatie en bijslijpen achteraf. De functie voorkomt dat de lasstroom daalt door de draadaanvoerunit actief aan te passen. Dit helpt tevens de mechanische eigenschappen van de las op het gewenste niveau te houden en voorkomt lasfouten. De gebruiker stelt de gewenste stroomsterkte in en met behulp van WisePenetration wordt voorkomen dat de stroomsterkte beneden dit niveau daalt wanneer de uitsteeklengte toeneemt.
