During the torture test, Levator produced one 150-ton transition piece for the Beatrice wind farm in Scotland every five working days.
"We stationed X8 MIG Welders on production lines that demanded heavy duty welding. We wanted and got as many weld miles as possible for them," CEO Petri Metsola says.
Welder Slawomir Jankowski considers the X8 MIG Welder as a quality machine for heavy duty welding.
Welding heavy metal pieces together requires that everything goes according to plan in terms of heat input and arc control.
